We are looking for new members of the SAP Signavio Partner & Alliances team for the global role, ideally located in US / EMEA / MEE region. The focus will be to develop our partner ecosystem as a strategic foundation for our ambitious growth strategy.

 

Responsibilities

  • Define joined global business plans with assigned GSSP/GSC with the support of the regional teams
  • Create and follow up, with the corresponding regional support, a coherent plan for each GSSP/GSC
  • Keep the GSSP/GSC strategy across regions for selected partners and support to alliances executives focus on GSSPs across regions
  • Keep strategic alignment with GSSP organization in terms of strategy and RISE/Pr. Exc. Transformation
  • Keep strategic alignment with Partner Edge organization in terms of commercialization, strategy, and transformation
  • Collect and share best practices across regions to get effective results in the GSSP
  • Motivate and support partner lead opportunities & implementation projects – strong and sustainable volume machine
  • Acting as Global SPoC with Global Strategic Segment Group for assigned GSSP/GSC partners
  • Acting as Global SPOC with Digital Demand Centers, Marketing Demand Gen and MidMarket Sales Organization for assigned partners
  • Work with partners to define and build business initiatives that will create uniqueness and incremental opportunities for SAP
  • Ensure an engagement model within Partners and SAP to strengthen business dynamic including establishing a global governance
  • Establish training and enablement plans for the Global GSSPs so that they rapidly develop SAP consulting resources in the region – global perspective
  • Evaluate effectiveness of partner global programs and improves upon them
  • Take & develop some strategic projects when necessary

  
Profile

  • + 12 years of experience managing alliances or selling software solutions in a B2B environment
  • Ability to negotiate, structure maintain partnerships
  • Experience developing channel partnerships with consultants and resellers
  • Solid Coaching and Leadership skills
  • Strong indirect and influenced people management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive and effective work relationships with coworkers, clients, members, providers, and customers
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
