As part of the Global Corporate Affairs (GCA) team, the role of the SAP Integrated Communications intern is focused on supporting the SAP business for 6-10 months starting September 2022 

 

The internship position

 

  • Within this internship position, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, especially with our customers, partners, but also with media, analysts and bloggers. In addition, internal communication and especially increasing employee engagement is important. 
  • Reporting and sharing the learning experiences and successes to the communication teams is part of the reporting and sharing of the learning experiences and successes to the communication teams. 
  • You will contribute to coordinating SAP Netherlands' various communication activities to position SAP positively in the media with articles, press releases etc. 
  • Coordinating media presence at key events. You are responsible for implementing objectives and key messages to build perception and maintain brand perception to meet global and local strategies 
  • You will contribute to linking communication objectives to business goals, this includes measuring impact and adjusting objectives.

 

What's involved

 

  • Liaison with sales teams, innovation teams, marketing to properly integrate plans
  • Contact with media (print, online, broadcast), Bloggers and Industry analysts to gain the most visibility for SAP and its ecosystem
  • Developing social media, messaging, press releases, customer cases, success stories, communication toolkits and competitiveness
  • Work with the global central team to roll out topics, programs and messaging platforms in the region to increase engagement with national and international business and trade media
  • Demonstrate to a broad external audience that SAP is an innovative company that enhances business value for our customers, including by taking on the driving of customer stories and the coordination of local media events and activities.
