RISE Adoption Engagement Leader
To support our customers through their RISE journey we are setting up a team of RISE Adoption Engagement Leaders who will work with Internal SAP teams, customers and partners to assist in developing the defined RISE customer journeys, and support the creation of smooth adoption plans.

What you will do:
You will bring your experience of working with customers who have hybrid ERP system landscapes with a mix of on-premise platforms, private and public cloud solutions/services to engage with customers up to C-suite level.

In addition to providing advice and guidance to sales teams on the operational setup required for RISE, you will be able to articulate RISE post sales journeys to customers and address any concerns, leveraging the full strength of SAP’s specialist teams. You will also lead de-escalation assignments for RISE customers as needed and in alignment with all relevant SAP teams.

As an advocate for the customer, you will be their voice within SAP and understand competitive threats and utilize proper escalation channels to help customers during times of need. This will require you to understand customer needs, and how to leverage SAP solutions to address them, collaborating with virtual account teams.

Tasks will include, but not be limited to

  • Engage with and orchestrate RISE end to end customer journey activities across all areas of SAP and partners as needed
  • Enable the Regional RISE SWAT teams to run the necessary workshops for RISE engagements to support the post sales delivery, identifying which key topics to be covered and key attendees to be invited
  • Defining and running SAP internal governance and checkpoint meetings
  • Provide feedback on best practices and lessons learned to Regional RISE teams and other SAP teams as needed
  • Help identify RISE customer success stories
  • Document and escalate areas of RISE adoption concern

What you will bring:
We are looking for confident, self-starters with a strong focus and empathy for customers and excellent project management skills with a focus on transformation projects. You will come from a sales, consulting or customer success background and have good knowledge of presales engagements and sales processes with experience developing account management plans and contract negotiation.

Knowledge of SaaS models and a Cloud mindset is essential, as is an understanding of the SAP product portfolio, both on-premise and cloud, and understanding of how solutions enable business processes and drive value. In addition to this is the ability to translate customer needs and challenges into concrete action plans and the ability to rapidly execute on them.

If you have excellent stakeholder management skills and experience of de-escalations and complex customer engagements with deep knowledge of migration and conversion approaches, migration to cloud, cloud architecture models and hyperscaler scenarios then apply now!
