Are you a recent graduate? The Solution Advisory Team in Peru is looking for a Young Professional!

The Solution Advisory Team are built by Solution Advisor that possesses advanced level knowledge of SAP solutions and participates in sales cycles as a member of the virtual account team in support of the sales account strategy. A Solution Advisor interacts with prospective customers through executive meetings, discovery conversations, technical/solution demonstrations, executive presentations and follow-up discussions. The Primary role of the Solution Advisor during an active sales cycle is to gain understand of customer requirements and identify SAP solution than can solve the customer’s problem and is the right choice over the other competitive offerings.



  • Compose and deliver standard sales presentations covering SAP solutions to prospective customer audiences. The presentations must articulate the sales message, differentiate SAP, and leave a strong and positive impression to audiences.
  • Prepare and deliver value-based software demonstrations/presentations in support of sales cycles using presentation techniques, storytelling, wow demo effects to delight our customers with the best experience.
  • In advance of a demonstration, conduct discovery sessions with representatives from the prospective customer in order to build relationships with the customer and understand their unique needs.
  • Support RFx completion in support of customer proposals.
  • Support POC completion
  • Ability to effectively present to customers “remotely” using virtual technologies
  • A digital native that can develop multi-media collateral and engagement strategies for video and social media platforms. 



Maximum of 1 year of working experience



  • Bachelor´s or master’s degree within the fields of economics, administration, digitalization, technology, marketing or similar
  • Above average technical competence
  • Familiar with Teams, Outlook, Power Point, Excel and video creation tools
  • Have experience from working in a team
  • Good communication and people skills
  • Proactive, independent, and enterprising
  • A creative and critical/innovation thinker
  • Flexible, self-aware, highly motivated and open to feedback
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, Portuguese is a plus
