What is the Digital Sales Academy?
The Digital Sales Academy develops a globally diverse community of high-performing Mid-Market sales, presales, and Digital Demand Executives. We harness their skills and natural abilities to empower the next generation of SAP professionals through a world- class multi-dimensional learning experience.


Purpose and Objective of this job:
The Regional Digital Sales Academy Leaders are responsible for the development and delivery of the content, curriculum, and on the job sales acceleration activities both virtually as well as in person at the academy facility in California. This is done in close alignment with the regional mid-market leadership.


Expectations and Tasks of Job:
• Facilitate a highly engaging learning environment utilizing case studies, simulations, role plays, and other interactive activities
• Coach, evaluate, and provide constructive feedback to the academy participants
• Create and curate curriculum content and provide input and recommendations regarding revisions
• Partner with SAP Executives, product experts, Top AEs, external training vendors and customers to deliver a classroom experience with a relentless focus on the customer.
• Ensure consistency with defined program processes, guidelines and procedures
• Have an impact on the business metrics for our target audience within our Mid- market segment, for example time-to-revenue, productivity and adoption of digital tool and techniques.

Work Experience:
• Significant experience in Sales / Sales Leadership roles within Mid-Market; must have carried or influenced a sales quota
• Expert in the Digital Sales Motion
• Experience in facilitating trainings and workshops as well as coaching and mentoring people.
• High interest and experience in people development, education, enablement and Training.


Education and Qualifications / Skills and Competencies:
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree with experience in many of the following:
• In-depth understanding of sales methodology, Digital Sales Motion, and practices
• Team orientation: build strong relationships at every level of the organization and act as a strong motivator who knows how to influence and to get others to do consistently their best work
• Presentation skills: Effective in formal and informal presentation settings; ability to command attention and manage group process
• Embodies SAP Passions
• Global cultural awareness and respect
• Values Diversity: fosters a climate of inclusion within the program encouraging participants to freely share diverse thoughts and integrate into discussion
• Receptive to feedback and continuous improvement to achieve team goals


Preferred Location:

This is a Global role and location may depend on preferred candidate’s location.

Relocation is not required for the role.
