The Data Science, Automation and Technology team develops tools and services that help our customers ensure the safe, stable and high-performance operation of business processes. Preventing cyber-attacks and efficiently providing compliance proofs by means of intelligent automation are becoming increasingly important. In order to expand our security services and thus support the market success of SAP Cloud solutions even better, we are looking for committed and energetic employees.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Coming with a service delivery, software development or cloud-application expertise you want to put the advancement of your career on a broader skill set and create value where it ultimately counts for our customers: At the processes that make our customers business secure and resilient.
As a Business Process Consultant in our team, you work closely with our customers and our software developers. You take responsibility for designing, implementing and integrating SAP security products and complementary service tools into our customers SAP solution landscape. You consult our customers in introducing and using our functionality, helping them to make the most of the possibilities and adapt them to specific needs. In addition, you take responsibility for developing software functions, an intuitive user interface or integrations with latest technology innovations or analytics. This allows you to experience customer requirements first-hand and incorporate them directly into innovative improvements. At the same time, you will learn to move beyond the role of the classic software developer or consultant, acquire diverse and useful skills and soft skills and create the basis for keeping your personal inclinations and development goals in line with the needs of the team in the long term and to be able to build directly on your experience at any time.

WHAT YOU BRING

BUSINESS PROCESS CONSULTANT SKILLS

• Experience with SAP solutions like S/4 HANA, HANA or Analytics, other databases, or SAP cloud solutions
• Programming: SQL, ABAP, JAVA or other languages
• Knowledge of Cybersecurity, Security Monitoring and Analytics

CUSTOMER FACING SKILLS

• Ability to understand customer environment and identify levers for process improvement
• Ability to capture customer requirements and translate them into software specifications
• Ability to present complex information in a clear and precise manner, with non-technical audience, including moderator skills
• Excellent Presentation skills – ability to create professional presentations, handle proper setup of location, use technical/ visual aid, have adequate body language and vocabulary, proactively engage with the customer and handle questions

PERSONAL SKILLS

• Fluent in English is mandatory and in German is desirable
• Master or Bachelor degree or equivalent
  (Mathematics, Natural Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive in handling upcoming issues and approaching people
• Integrity, excellent team player, self-motivated, passionate and drive for long-term commitment
• Ability to work well in a multicultural and multinational environment
