About the team

Skills Transformation & Enablement regional practice, together with our global, regional and Market Unit stakeholders, focuses on the development needs of all Services employees at EMEA South region. Enablement demand is fulfilled with Global learning programs and offerings or regionally developed trainings.

What you’ll do:

Position title: Intern - SAP Customer Success - Skills Transformation

Location: Athens, Greece
Expected start date: November 1st, 2021 


In this role, you’ll:

  • Have the unique opportunity to work in a multinational environment, learn about the company’s top priorities and multiple learning initiatives and offerings targeting all Services Sales and Delivery employees, while developing a wide network across the region and beyond.
  • Gain insights into Global Learning programs and Mandatory trainings progress and prioritize participants of Global Learning programs.
  • Be involved in KPIs tracking and reporting per Market Unit/Regional Function.
  • Participate in monthly Skills Management Champions calls and help with the preparation of the relevant collaterals.
  • Participate in and contribute to regional trainings planning, preparation and execution.
  • Monitor Regional & Global communications for key enablement topics and update the Skills Management Champions network community via posts.
  • Have the opportunity to update and re-design the internal Skills Transformation & Enablement regional JAM Page.


Who you are:

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university of Business Administration, Engineering, Informatics, Science.
  • Computer skills: MS Office 365 user skills required: Excel, Outlook, Teams, OneNote, Word, Powerpoint are a must. SharePoint, MURAL, Zoom and Video editing basic skills nice to have. 
  • Language skills: Fluent in English, Greek as a plus.
  • Soft skills: Team player with communication skills, able to multi-task having organizational and time management skills, creative with an appetite to learn fast and can-do attitude.
  • Project experience or work at a corporate environment is a plus.
  • Keen interest on learning and enablement.
