About the team

 

The team you would be joining is all remote based but extremely collaborative and supportive of each other and other teams.  They are very customer service oriented as we focus on the Financial Services, Life Sciences and Healthcare segments of business.  Even though they are all very driven they also enjoy a work-life balance that provides time to share their fun and family times with the team.

 

What you’ll do

 

Position Title: SAP Concur iXp Intern - Services Engagement Associate

 

Location: Atlanta, GA

 

Expected Start Date: May 2022

 

Contract Duration: 6 to 12 months; 20 to 30 hours per week

 

 

In this role, you’ll:

 

  • Using multiple reporting tools (Tableau, Salesforce, Excel) build and/or run reports to gather data across various areas of business
  • Research business problems using quantitative data to evaluate various approaches to meeting business outcomes and deliver to key stakeholders
  • Review customer facing presentations for accuracy, consistency and standardization; use insights gained to further process improvement
  • Monitor stalled inventory and identify system to assess ability to realize revenue
  • Analyze implementation processes and determine methods to globalize
  • Create and/or maintain business documents and collateral such as communications, WIKI pages and PowerPoint presentations
  • Generate email communications for project assignment and various tasks
  • Facilitate the exchange of information regarding interdisciplinary tasks between multiple workstreams

  • Position requirements: Prefer background in Finance and/or Accounting
  • Educational requirements: College Experience or Degree preferred
  • Desired skills / experience to be successful in this role: Strong written and communication skills
  • Qualifications for the role: Microsoft Excel, PPT, Client-facing customer service orientation and wants exposure to professional business service organizaiton
