Job Description Overview

The Platform Integrations and Data Management Marketo Administrator is responsible for the backbone and strategy of our marketing automation tech-stack.  This individual will strategically manage all Marketo data, system integrations, and vendor / cross-team relationships, including strategy, sourcing, insights, execution setup, processes, maintenance, optimization, and global roll-out.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 3 years Marketo Experience working with IT partners on backend systems and technology stack integrations.
  • Own all connections to Marketo for the marketing tech-stack from evaluation and strategy to implementation. 
  • Control and manage the streams of data between all systems to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Develop scalable, repeatable processes to enable rapid go-to-market launches.
  • Manage, monitor, and update all integrations with Marketo, such as CRM, Workato, Supplier Network, Outreach, Jeto, MSRC, Smartsheet, On24, Data Repositories, etc.. 
  • Control Partition Management and ensure users have the ability to execute efficiently.
  • Own Email Deliverability, from incorporating SPF & DKIM into the Ariba Instance DNS Settings, to managing email send reputation score.
  • Database Management & Data Governance to define database structure and logic, ensure accurate and complete data, manage duplication, drive contact data accuracy, list import standardization, data cleansing, and categorization and segmentation of contacts.
  • Maintain compliance capture, system integrations, and process workflows (GDPR and Data Privacy).
  • Support the technical nature of integrations around IT planning, specifications, and coordination.
  • Ability to ‘roll up your sleeves’ to not only implement but also troubleshoot integrations.
  • Track record of taking initiative and creative problem solving.
  • Extreme attention to detail.
  • As a seasoned SAP Ariba / SAP Fieldglass marketing automation administrator, serves as the Marketo subject matter expert for complex program requests.
  • Collaborates with other Marketo Administrators regarding development of user journeys, lead nurturing, and lead scoring as it pertains to enhanced technological solutions.
  • Assists in the training and on-boarding of additional Marketo users as needed.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Experience with cross-team collaboration, including lead generation marketing and inside sales teams.
  • Procurement, ERP, Supplier Management, Supply Chain, or Spend Management experience.
  • Proven communication success both in person and over the phone.
