  • Can be based anywhere in the US
  • Travel:  50-60% expected (with flexibility to increase based on business requirements)


The Business Transformation Services Organizational Change Management & Value Management team is the strategic advisory arm of SAP’s Service Delivery organization focused on the people and value aspects of implementing new technology. We assist clients in achieving the Digital Transformation vision from their SAP and other IT investments.

The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist focuses on the people side – including changes to business processes, systems and technology, organization structures and value management. Primary responsibilities include creating and implementing change management strategies and plans as well as creating business cases. The OCM Specialist will drive faster adoption and greater proficiency of the changes that impact employees to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results.  

The OCM Specialist will act as a coach for senior leaders/executives to fulfill the role of change sponsor. They will support the delivery of change management activities, define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.

Other key competencies include applying a structured methodology and leading change management activities such as:


Strongly Preferred

  • Change Management certification (CCMP, Prosci ADKAR® or equivalent)
  • Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
  • Project management certification (PMP)
