Purpose and Objective:  
Concur Technologies, Inc. seeks a Solution & Product Marketing Expert at our Atlanta, GA location responsible for developing suitable strategy, messaging, and positioning to support respective business and achieve pipeline objectives.  


Expectations and Tasks: 
Recognized as thought leader and evangelist inside SAP influencing internal solution innovations, core marketing strategies, and external company perception. Possess a high degree of understanding of the market economics, whitespace and opportunities, and (global) business objectives. Provide market insights to drive product capabilities.  Advocate for the customer. Influence and drive innovation. Expertly contribute to marketing business planning based on corporate priorities and whitespace opportunities. Deliver highly effective recommendations to the field. Provide expert contributions to Integrated Marketing Management on program build through messaging, positioning, content, and respective solution/industry expertise. Contribute the context including some high-level ecosystem insights. Act as subject matter expert, collaborating with Ecosystem & Channel Marketing to define (joint) offerings, positioning, and messaging that will be integrated into marketing programs and campaigns. Support strategy/interaction with market stakeholders such as Analyst Relations, Public Relations, and other communication channels (i.e. social media) to deliver thought leader messages into the market.  Serve as a public voice to the market, and act as a solution evangelist. Independently develop certain customer facing assets and ensure respective roll-out and availability to marketing program managers and execution teams. Guide others as well as individually provide direct support (i.e. deal support, messaging, deal cycle, analysis) to sales teams. Independently assess, analyze, and evaluate messages and market reactions (i.e. via social media channels) to optimize marketing strategies and influence communication.


Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies: 
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field of study and 7 years of experience required. The company will also accept a Master's degree and 5 years of experience. 


Work Experience: 
Experience must involve 5 years in the following: Multi-country knowledge of market dynamics, opportunities customers preferences & business situation demonstrated by successful market penetration projects in the U.S. and Latin America, supported by YoY growth in sales and number of customers and in-country brand awareness; multi-country compliance & tax regulations: FCPA, US GAAP & Rev Rec, Tax regulations & practices in the main countries of LAC: Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia to effectively design business acceleration offerings & promotions; Influence on Product Development in compliance with internal processes; Marketing business planning including annual and quarterly design, execution and results measure yearly and quarterly, Regional product marketing planning and execution of in-country product strategy; Provide solution expertise in local, regional and global market context based on direct interaction with customers, industry thought leaders and global co-workers network to contribute to the development and execution of messaging, positioning and content; Provide vertical market insights to marketing management including identify significant long-term opportunities and Conduct market assessments; Media & spokesperson company formal training; Serve as a public voice to the market, and act as a solution evangelist through developing product value-based messaging and positioning through business storytelling skills; Develop customer facing assets and ensure respective roll-out and availability to marketing program managers and execution teams; Financial content messaging and structure; Entrepreneurial coaching; and Develop internal and external sales materials and tools; Sales enablement and sales coaching; Building, launching, and scaling products and bringing products to market, including driving alignment with leadership, product, partner, and sales teams to develop execution strategies, and deliver a strategic roadmap to an internal and external audience.
