ABOUT THE TEAM

SAP SuccessFactors is a world-leading provider of cloud human experience management (HXM). Our HXM suite lets more than 7,000 global customers provide their employees with experiences that recognize their individual value.

THE ROLE

SAP SuccessFactors is seeking an Agile Coach to support and grow our global Agile Enablement team. You will be instrumental in enabling all roles at SuccessFactors to create the highest value in the shortest sustainable time, by serving as trusted advisor for anything related to Agile or collaboration. Our team’s vision is that the Agile & DevOps mindset are fully embraced and practiced consistently across the organization. You will be refining and rolling out Agile methodologies to the 150+ global Scrum Teams. This is a highly visible role, and the right candidate will inspire and motivate everyone to deliver world class HXM solutions. 

Key responsibilities
•    Continuously improve the SuccessFactors Agile mindset and expertise during our exciting journey from a monolithic to a microservices-based architecture
•    Be responsible for Agile trainings and coaching offerings
•    Ensure a solid Agile foundation
•    Drive communities and collaboration
•    Actively influence and define the future of work at SuccessFactors, considering the newly developed Flex-Work guidelines
•    Interface with various senior stakeholders in Operations, Engineering and Product Management to support a continuous Agile mindset evolution
ROLE REQUIREMENT

•    Bachelor or master’s degree in Computer Science and/or Business Administration 
•    8+ years of engineering experience as Software Developer, Architect or Quality Engineer
•    Strong technical background with large-scale Cloud solutions and familiarity with the SaaS business model
•    3+ years of experience as Agile Coach with methods such as Scrum, Lean, Kanban or Scaled Agile / SAFe
•    Hands-on experience in applying Agile methodologies in product development on different organizational levels
•    Excellent presentation, training, and coaching skills
•    Leadership presence with good understanding of organizational behavior
•    Experience with CI/CD tools and processes related to DevOps
•    Agile certifications are a plus
