Associate ABAP Developer - SAP Cloud for customer Service Team

SAP Cloud for customer(C4C) is a cloud product within the SAP CX Line of business.SAP C4C has more than 2000 customers globally. 
Team: Service Team is repsonsible for building and delivering functionalities within the C4C Service portifolio


As a developer in the Service Cloud team, the primary responsibility will be to develop product features within the Service portfolio. 

Programming languages involved initially would be ABAP.  But, the role will soon require individuals to learn cloud native technologies including Java, SpringBoot.

You will work with a highly motivated and talented set of colleagues. You will:
•    Be a motivated, self-starter who can operate with minimal handholding
•    Understand customer requirements and translate it to features in the product
•    Design, code, test and assure quality of complex product features within our Customer Experience & Service portfolio.
•    Work on projects across organizations, hierarchy levels and cultures.
•    In your topic, be the expert and face to the customer, the Cloud Product organizations and other Stakeholder organizations.


Role Requirement:

Work experience:
•    3-4 years of Industry experience
•    Strong knowledge in ABAP
•    Strong in Object Oriented Concepts
•    Very good analytical skills and debugging skills with an ability to handle complexity

Educational Qualifications / Skills and Competencies
•    BE/BTECH/MCA or equivalent degree
•    Quick in exploring new areas and willingness to work on various technologies
•    High customer focus and ability to analyze and provide prompt solutions to customer issues
