What you'll do

• As a COE Engineer, you will help transform SAP solutions of our global customers to SAP S4HANA, SAP RISE combined with SAP BTP and implement latest SAP innovations.
• You have the chance to design, optimize and transform complex SAP landscapes, on which our largest customers run their businesses, to Intelligent ERP on prem or to cloud - Hyperscalars or private.
• Your area of responsibility will extend to deep technical root cause analysis and introduction of best practices for planning, deployment and run phase.
• You can grow fast becoming an expert on new technologies, troubleshooting and root cause analysis and optimization secrets.
• You’ve to be a good team player as we work as a global team across the globally distributed COEs and Mission Control Centers.
• You also need the ability to drill down into technical issues and resolve complex problems. As our customers are global players and communication with colleagues around the world is daily business, very good English language skill is a must.
• To deliver our services globally to customers, travel of course, is part of the role. CoE focuses on value delivery for SAP's top customers, helping them increase the value of their SAP solution and master their digital transformation.

What you bring

• You have around 4 or more years of experience in the areas of SAP system installations & upgrades, HANA migration, execution of SUM-DMO (desirable) and operations / maintenance of SAP Landscape.
• You'd have done SAP system installation, system copy, release and Enhancement Package upgrades, OS/DB migration, HANA migration.
• You’ve done system monitoring using SAP NW and HANA tools, troubleshooting of performance issues, backup, restore and recovery.
• You’ve worked on SAP NetWeaver ABAP and Java based systems, installed / configured SSL, Licenses, STMS, RFCs etc.
• You're familiar with SAP Solution Manager, Fiori, SSO, SLD, Web Dispatcher, Load Balancers, Firewalls etc. - You have Bachelors degree in Engineering / Technology with excellent result
