Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Service Cloud consultant who is skilled in the solution as well as has technical expertise to meet the demands of the customer implementation needs. This role will offer you 

  • To work on global Sales & Service Cloud implementations helping the customers streamline their sales & service processes
  • Opportunity to enhance your skills on other requisite areas to fast track your aspirations to become a Sales or Service Process Architect / CX Solution Architect
  • Fine tune your consulting skills with focused learning journeys suited to your needs and opportunities to explore various spheres of consultant journey

 

The Role:

This role will help you to enhance skills in the specialized solutions space of Sales Cloud and Service cloud (Earlier known as C4C) while providing opportunities to explore other related solutions under CX portfolio

The Consultant expected to

  • Performs tasks involved in implementation of SAP CX solution as per customer requirements using predefined methodologies
  • Together with customer define futuristic business processes to cater to Sales & Service processes across industries
  • Establish relationships with customer and to deliver timely, high quality consulting services
  • develop functional as well as technical design based on the business requirements and to be able to translate the same into project deliverables

 

Role Requirements:

7-12 years of IT experience with 2 or 4 Full Life Cycle Implementations in the area of Sales& Service Cloud Solution/ Roll- Outs experience. 
C4C UI Concepts (screen configuration, layouts, business roles, and other concepts).SDK & CPI skills & Development experience
MCA / B.Tech or B.E .
Good Presentation and communication skills with Fluent English

 

Desired/Preferred Additional expertise

  • Experienced in SAP CRM technical (CRM Web UI and ABAP) & Experience in other SAP CX solution is an added advantage
  • Skills within JAVA/HTML or Python technologies
  • SAP Certifications in the areas of CRM, C4C or ABAP

 

Employment Type : Regular Full Time

Job Locations : Bangalore, Gurgaon,

Travel:  Candidates must be ready to travel with varying period of intervals.

Expected travel is 0-60% travel
