Business Processes Consultant - SAP S/4HANA Retail - Procurement


We are looking for experienced SAP S/4HANA Retail Procurement consultant (preferably with EWM / F&R expertise) for the role of Business Process Consultant to work in the Customer facing projects of the Consumer Industries Practice at SAP Solution Delivery center.
As a Business Process Consultant, he/she will be part of our teams that are involved in implementing SAP S/4HANA Products and Solutions at Retail / Fashion Customers across the world using our Remote based services. Through our Product/Services, he/she will be able to help Customer to wisely use their resources and provide their customer better products at right place and at right time leading to increase in the Top line and thereby making this world a better place to live
 Domain expertise: 
•Should have good understanding of Retail and/or Fashion domain.
•Should have a keen understanding of the industry trends and the solution trends supporting the industry changes. 
•Should be able to relate to SAP’s solution portfolio changes relevant to the industry.
 Solution expertise: 
•Should have at least 2 end-to-end implementations with experience in Implementing the solutions with customer. 
•Solution expertise in the Procurement / Logistics areas of S/4HANA, SAP IS Retail are expected with certifications.
•Experience in Design and Implementation of Warehouse management and knowledge of integration touchpoints with SAP solution is preferable.
•Solution expertise and implementation experience in the F&R module of SAP is preferred
•Special focus on the logistics and inventory management processes in a retail/ wholesale environment
•Good knowledge of associated processes - purchasing, wholesale and store operations and how this integrates and works with the stock and supply processes.

Solution Specific Expertise:
•Must Have:
oMerchandise procurement from vendors
oRetail Consignment Process
oIntercompany and Intracompany stock transfer processes
oReplenishment and MRP
oProcessing of Vendor Invoicing
oAllocation management and Collective Purchasing
oGood understanding of Retail Master Data - Articles, Sites, PIR, Source List etc.
oBasic accounting entries


•Good to have:
oEDI for Purchase Orders, ASN etc.
oIndirect procurement 
oCondition Contracts (Vendor Rebates) 


Work Experience
•At least 6 years of experience as Functional Consultant or similar role
•Knowledge and experience of delivering projects in an Agile Framework
•Expertise in Retail and Fashion Industry is mandatory 
•Expertise as a Business end user role would be an added advantage

Educational requirements:
•Minimum educational requirement – Graduation from a reputed institute
•Any Post-graduation from reputed institutes is preferred, although not mandatory
•SAP Certification in IS Retail and/or SAP S/4HANA SD strongly recommended
