Summary

Within SAP Solution Delivery Center, we are looking for an experienced Senior Business Process Consultant with deep and proven experience in delivering successful E2E Customer Centric projects for Professional Services industries.

The Role

As a Senior Consultant, you must possess deep product expertise/business experience and the ability to lead business transformation projects

You will be responsible for:

• Guiding SAP’s Professional Services industry customers with the conception and implementation of optimized Order to Cash Processes using SAP solutions
• Collaboration with development / supporting projects for new SAP developments for the Professional Services industry when required.
• Providing thought leadership and resolve complex issues in escalated projects.
• Pre-Sales Support, creation and execution of presentations and demos to clients and partners for Media customers
• Close cooperation with global Professional Services consultants community regarding knowledge-sharing and business development for specific expert topics (Time and Material expense billing, etc)
• Bringing in focus on Intelligent Enterprise, embed intelligent scenarios in the solution - Focusing on TCO and ROI – when enhancing industry solutions and services
• Bringing in focus on Experience Data and Operational Data and provide solution to customer
• Building reusable assets and lead knowledge management process
• Supporting the Ramp-Up of new SAP products at our clients in the Professional Services sector and ensuring knowledge transfer to partners and customers

Role Requirements:

• You should have excellent knowledge of SAP SD processes – order management, contract management, pricing, delivery and billing
• Domain Expertise: You should have a good understanding in Professional Service industry domain and processes relevant to the industry. You should have good knowledge on the following processes- time & material (RRB), intercompany T&M, fixed price project billing, down payment, revenue recognition and good integration knowledge with PS and CPM, FICO and RAR
• Solution Expertise: Should have at least 6 End to End Implementation experience in professional services domain project and should have worked as a O2C consultant in minimum 2 projects
• An understanding of CRM and Hybris Billing solution is a plus
• Soft skills: You should have good communication and presentation skills 

Education Qualification and Experience

• You should have bachelor’s degree from reputed institute. Master of Business Administration (MBA) from reputed institutes preferred, although not mandatory
• Minimum twelve (12) years consulting experience in delivering to Professional Services or ECO customers
• Minimum 6 end to end SAP implementations experience for Professional Services customers
• Strong analytical skills, result-oriented and effectiveness in problem solving.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Team player and ability to work successfully in culturally diverse environments.
• Working experience in Professional Services or ECO Industry is a plus
