Head of Total Rewards Role in SAPLabs India


The HR Total Rewards Expert is responsible for:
1. Accountable for the successful design and/or delivery of a significant portion of Total Reward solutions (strategies, frameworks, processes, procedures and policies for one or more Total Reward topics such as base pay, variable pay, equity plans & executive compensation or employee benefits, post-merger integration, recognition, etc.) or with a significant geographical or Board Area responsibility across all entities in India.
2. Close collaboration with the HR Community, Senior Business leaders to effectively and efficiently supervise, direct and manage all efforts required for the design, implementation and/or continuous improvement of Total Reward solutions that drive employee engagement, optimize total rewards and support the achievement of strategic objectives and sustainable business results.
3. May be responsible for the day-to-day management and development of individual contributors and/or project teams and focused on facilitating their performance through objective management, goal setting, direction, issue resolution and escalation. Managing team of resources and directing all efforts to deliver on TR initiatives. This includes scoping, design, development, implementation, administration and continuous improvement of Total Reward programs, processes, policies and business solutions.
Key areas of responsibility
 Assumes responsibility for the day-to-day management of all activities, deliverables and resources within one of the key Total Reward topic,process or business areas (BA and/or geography).

 Manages the creation, delivery and/or adoption of Total Reward products and solutions the team creates on behalf of the business.
 Directs and manages the assessment of best practices and creation of workforce specific Total Reward strategies and solutions based on business requirements and in close collaboration with representatives from the business and - where applicable and required - the HR Business Partner (HRBP) community.
 Monitors compliance with legislative requirements regarding taxes, reporting, data protection and privacy issues.

 Manages and directs all activities in relation to the review of existing and proposed statutory requirements governing the existing total reward frameworks, policies and procedures and recommends appropriate courses of action.

 Works in close collaboration with the HR community on delivering end-to-end Total Reward solutions, products and services to the business.
 Works in close collaboration with Total Rewards Solutions Center and HR Service Center on operational excellence of end-to-end Total Rewards processes, practices and procedures.
 Represents the company externally on specific Total Reward subject matters as and when required.
May include supervisory or lead responsibilities.
