What you`ll do 


The GTM function is focused on designing and maintaining a globally integrated Go-To-Market approach for SAP Private Cloud Customer Center (PC3) across the globe to support our Cloud delivery objectives & approach. The objective of the GTM is bring together key components of RISE S/4H Private Cloud delivery, Marketing, and Field (SAP internal Sales teams and external Partner ecosystem) enablement, by providing the field with all information required to be successful, and to best serve our RISE S/4H Cloud customers.

In this role, you will coordinate and support regional Sales & Presales teams, SAP Partners (GSSP and VAR), regional Customer Success Partners (CSPs), and other stakeholders to enable them on our delivery approach, RISE S/4H PCE scope coverage and new initiatives. 

You will also lead initiatives to drive continuous improvement in current programs and processes to accelerate business performance, increase productivity, and deliver business growth. 

The Role would:

  1. Lead with a vision and passion to enable the internal and external teams to achieve our agreed GTM initiatives.
  2. Collaborate with global, cross-functional & diverse teams through influence
  3. Collaborate and align with SAP Global Partner Organization, RISE GTM team and Regional RISE Sales teams to plan and deliver enablement on PC3 delivery methodologies & approaches.
  4. Partner with ECS Strategic Partner Mgmt. team and SAP GPO to ensure development of customer-centric messaging and assets, campaign planning for enablement of Partner ecosystem.
  5. Partner with ECS Strategic Partner Mgmt. team to address SAP Partner ecosystem challenges and address specific situations at Customer accounts.
  6. Lead development of global Enablement strategy for RISE Sales & CSPs.
  7. Develop clear accountability for goals and tasks, track and evaluate progress
  8. Understand and leverage best practices, tools, methods and processes already available.
  9. Identify and prioritize where new processes, content or messaging are required.


What you bring (maximum character count 750):

  • Min. 5 years SAP experience in working with S/4H Cloud environment.
  • Prior Sales or GTM experience in Cloud or Managed Services, or other customer-facing experience highly desirable.
  • Ability to navigate in complex landscapes and build networks; must be able to engage and build liaisons at the Leadership level
  • Deep understanding of S/4H Cloud and Infra delivery processes, policies and operating models, particularly in a technical Managed Services environment
  • Knowledge of enablement approaches, resources, and tools
  • Good listening skills and keen attention to detail
  • Ability to think creatively to propose alternate approach to resolving issues
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix model 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of internal SAP systems (such as BWP, ISP, CRM), analytics, planning/budget processes at SAP.
  • Strong customer orientation with focus on effective onboarding and overall experience, improvement initiatives and idea-to-result approaches.
