SUMMARY:

 

Product Mangement is responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for a product or product line. In this entry level product management position, you will work with customers and Engineering alike, identifying product requirements as received from customers and accompanying the realization of features from definition, to testing and collaborating within the organization on knowledge transfer and go-to-market activities. 
This role requires no travel. 

 

ROLE INFORMATION:

 

  • Support continued development of the product roadmap, make appropriate trade-offs, and execute on features.
  • Gather requirements from key stakeholders including product marketing, sales, clients, prospects, and work with the engineering team for product improvements. Based on technical feasibility, sustainability, team estimates and capacity, decide appropriate release timelines for content, adjusting features and priorities as needed.
  • Be the interface between customer/partner facing and engineering delivery teams, with the primary task of translating business needs into actionable, engineering-facing requirements.
  • Prepare product backlog for sprint planning. Communicate and explain the product backlog to the team.
  • Partner with UX and development to collaboratively create mockups that translate into features. Coordinate Beta and GTM activities as appropriate with key partners. Develop, collect and communicate metrics on solution performance.
  • Identify and overcome barriers to success of solutions in specific markets by working collaboratively with the field & evaluate.

 
EXPERIENCE:

 

  • Ability to take responsibility proactively and drive a project under guidance. 
  • Should possess good skills in working with and influencing key stakeholders from product, engineering, sales, consulting and marketing across the organization
  • Should have credibility to pitch ideas to the organization and harvest customer feedback and use cases that translate to product requirements to build solutions. Passion for combining technologies with business best practices.
