The Role 

We are looking for a motivated, passionate, and talented product manager who wants to embark on an exciting journey with us to deliver innovative, high quality business process technology to our customers and partners. 

In this role you will be working in a cross-functional team who values trust, respect, and diversity.

Product Management at SAP is more than just talking to customers - it’s a team effort: starting with constant customer and stakeholder interactions, understanding business problems, and translating them into requirements, contributing to product definition and design, and building exciting proof-of-concepts and solution demos. You will evangelize, educate, and engage with customers, the SAP field, development, stakeholders within SAP, the SAP development community and consulting to leverage our services to maximize customer success.  

You are a team player who wants to develop superior business acumen, deep and trustworthy customer relationships. This includes challenging solution engineering tasks. Together with our customers and real-world business problems, you will be defining and building innovative process automations (combining task automations with bots and structured workflows) on top of SAP S/4HANA and SAP Cloud Line of Business (LoB) solutions. As a customer ambassador, you will focus on product innovations and customer centricity.  

Role Requirements 

  • Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or Business Administration 

  • 3+ years of experience in Consulting, Product Management or Customer Success teams 

  • Experience with Workflow or Machine Learning technology is a plus. 

EXPECTED TRAVEL- 20%

We are helping Citizen Developers to understand and improve business processes with our No-Code solution for business technologists.
