PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES


The Total Rewards PMO & Benefits lead APJ role focuses to:


1)    Support execution of APJ TR strategy and global roll outs in the region
2)    Support the APJ TR Head key data analytics required for stakeholder interventions at APJ level
3)    Conceptualize innovative and market trending benefits for the region, in line with market trends and SAP talent strategy 
4)    Provide support to India MU for benefits management 
5)    Lead benefits branding and communication for the region

 

TASKS AND EXPECTATIONS


•    You are part of the regional TR team and the TR Partners of MUs are your key stakeholders to ensure execution of regional priorities at local levels
•    You are also part of extended India MU team for key benefits management and roll outs
•    You prepare data analytics for APJ leadership interventions led by APJ TR Head
•    You support the APJ TR Head for any adhoc stakeholder requests/analytics/updates
•    You need to be abreast with latest trends in TR/Benefits in the regional and advise on markets trends for different MUs
•    You need to manage regional benefits like Benevolent fund and FIT SAP programs
