Services Solution Advisor, Human Experience Management (HXM)

The Solution Services Advisor (SSA) is the go-to expert and spokesperson for the full portfolio of Human Experience Management, HXM (Successfactors) Services at SAP.

This means that this person is fully responsible for being the expert for the services sales team across SEA for the level of detail that is the next level down from the generalist services accounts managers. 

This is a customer-facing role proactively promoting and strategically positioning HXM solutions to drive incremental selling of services. The SSA is able to convince a wide range of customers that the selected HXM services can address their issues in the most effective way. 

The scope of the SSA activities spans from business development, hunting of opportunities across the SEA market unit and across all of the HXM portfolio from positioning business cases to driving & closing sales cycles especially for Key customers. The SSA is responsible for solution(s) end-2-end i.e. from pipeline growth to bookings as well as revenue. 

Core tasks include:

  • Develop and own strategy / plan how to position and sell HXM Services across SEA and drive incremental bookings and revenue
  • Evangelize the market on HXM Solutions and Services portfolios 
  • Design and drive demand generation activities, leveraging all relevant channels: such as events, campaigns, social media and even cold calls. The expectation is to continuously build 4x Pipeline. 
  • Enable services sales (generalist) team across SEA on value-positioning HXM solutions and services portfolios. 
  • Generate and qualify opportunities within prospects and existing customers.
  • Lead the pursuit team and own the opportunity End-2-End while aligning with Services Sales (generalist) teams on the overall account strategy and mobilize all relevant teams as required.
  • Orchestrate and own opportunities for own solution(s) End-2-End from the initial qualification to a successful closure and revenue conversion.
  • Support the account team in the sales cycle in being the trusted HXM solution advisor
  • Conduct executive meetings, discovery sessions with the customer Chief HR Officer, HR team, and IT teams
