We are looking for an experienced CX Presales Specialist to join our growing team and help drive strategic enterprise-wide initiatives into accounts across the EMEA! The position is located in Barcelona.
 
An SAP CX Presales Specialist interacts with prospective customers through executive meetings, discovery conversations, solution demonstrations, executive presentations and follow-up discussions. The emphasis of the role is to gain acceptance from the customer that SAP CX solution can solve the customer’s problem and is the right choice over the other competitive offerings. During these cycles they often take on the role of a Solution Captain.
The position location: Barcelona. Work remotely to engage with leveraging the virtual tools to engage with several customers a day. Evolve in multicultural environment where English, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, Belgian, Nordics, African and Turkish teams work together.
Be part of a multispecialist presales team and work together with finance, logistics manufacturing, sales & marketing, human resources, technology and data management experts.
 
Purpose & Objectives
The CX Presales Solution Advisor identifies, understands, and defines customer needs in order to prepare and deliver value-based software demonstrations/presentations to close business and increase revenue.

Expectations & Tasks
Deal Support
•    Demonstrate advanced knowledge of SAP solutions and appropriate industries in order to maintain credibility with prospective customers. Provide proof points with relevant customer stories.
•    Compose and deliver superior sales presentations covering Commerce and partner software solutions to prospective customer audiences. The presentations must articulate the sales messages, differentiate SAP, and leave a strong and positive impression to audiences which can include senior company executives.  
•    Prepare and deliver software demonstrations in support of sales cycles. Conduct discovery sessions with representatives from the prospective customer in order to build relationships with the customer and understand their unique needs. Preparation includes personalization of demos to meet the needs of prospective customers and personalization of demos to ensure delivery of a simple, appealing and compelling presentation. This include new delivery tools, such as Personify/Virtual Studio, Sway, Vyond, Marvel
•    Provide complementing presales support to channel partners
•    Stay up to date with the latest SAP solutions as well as industry trends. Maintain a close understanding and appreciation of competitive solutions.
•    Provide limited post-sale support to key customers primarily to the project/implementation team to ensure a smooth transition or to drive customer adoption
•    Effectively leverage support teams who are there to support presales success. (Global / Regional Solution Specialists, Center of Expertise, Industry Value Engineering, Solution HuBs, Deal Advisors, Solution Experience, Product Management). 
Demand Generation
•    Collaborate with the sales team to identify whitespace opportunities at accounts and participate in various one-to-many lead generating activities.
•    Support other marketing activities, including presenting at events for the solution, developing reference customers, competitive positioning and analysis.
Sales Readiness
•    Collaborate with sales teams to plan account strategies through participation in informal and formal account reviews.
•    Develop close relationships with SAP CX Line of Business sales team and the wider sales teams in order to promote effective sales methodologies and the introduction of new products.
•    Serve as a champion for or participate as a leader in Solution Hubs and provide knowledge transfer to colleagues as needed.
•    Is proactive in sharing their knowledge with the greater presales’ community through Solution Hubs or other enterprise social media where collaboration takes place.
Work Experience
•    Proven success in metrics-driven, consultative sales environment (5+ years of presales experience/consultant)
•    Solution Expertise: Commerce and Marketing.
•    Experience of SAP solutions is required; knowledge of cloud solutions or a desire to learn about them is also required. 
•    Expert knowledge/expertise on end to end processes/solution matching.
•    Demonstrates 5-7 successful engagements leading small teams on small-mid-sized deals.
•    English: proficient or native (mandatory).
•    French: proficient or native (mandatory).
