JOB PURPOSE

  •  Rise to the challenge by selling the value of B2B software solutions to Mid-Market customers across Norway
  •  Grow with one of the most successful sales organizations in the world as a Digital Demand Executive working with teams of likeminded, talented & ambitious individuals who want to make a difference as they skillfully navigate through a competitive market place to deliver results
  •   The primary responsibility of the SAP DDE is to build a pipeline of software license opportunities for General Business for SME’s or Mid-Market Business Customers and pass this to Sales professional to continue the sale as you find the next opportunity
  • The SAP DDE will work with Digital Demand Manager & The Digital Demand Planning Centre to execute & develop pipeline in against a specific territory as defined by the Business
  • The DDE will work independently within ‘own territory’, but also manage all leads that are generated by marketing, trials, and associated activities that drive leads into the Sales Organisation
  •  The DDE will work with Leads to convert them to opportunities & will manage them through defined stages before passing to the appropriate sales colleagues
  • The DDE will maintain the systems of record & provide full feedback in the same system before passing the opportunity or lead to sales or back to marketing
  •  The DDE needs to be a digital native and happy to deploy the various sales techniques & utilse the Digital Prospecting tools available to maximize the results
  • The DDE should expect to move at least one Ninja level (Learning) in first 9 months in order to be eligible to look at next role
  • The DDE should expect to spend a minimum of 12 months in this role and deliver the required business results or KPI’s as defined by the business
  • The DDE should expect to have a positive attitude every day. You can be Sleepy on Saturday. & Grumpy on Sunday, but never on a work day

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generating Opportunities through social selling, strategic & targeted prospecting into companies
  • Be creative and entrepreneurial in the hunt for new ways to help our customers grow
  • Execute against engagement plan and action plan in alignment with the business managers & Demand Centre
  • Meet and exceed KPI’s and targets
  • Transform proactive activities into new contacts & record the results in the System of Record
  • Create your own BRAND through the adoption, showcasing and deployment of the latest marketing and customer engagement tools
  • Manage, nurture and qualify inbound leads
  • Respond to customer same day & update system of record. (No excel)
  • Build-up a network of customers & potential references after deals closed

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Recently graduated with a University Degree in Business or similar (Masters would be ideal)
  • Native Norwegian 
  • Fluent English
  • Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills to serve as a trusted advisor
  • Good understanding of business processes
  • Capacity to listen actively and identify customer and peers’ priorities
  • A proven personal drive and ambition… in and out of the office!
  • Strong facility with teamwork and an ability to learn and adapt quickly
  •  Ability to influence and create new ideas!
