About the team

The Mid Market (MM) segment represents SAP’s fastest growth opportunity, particularly in Cloud. To accelerate market share in MM. The purpose of the DDE Team (Digital Demand Executive) is to find new customers, and to turn them into SAP brand advocates. We do this by leveraging innovative, digital, sales tools to give our customers a great first experience

What you’ll do:

Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Digital Demand Support (Norway)

Location: Barcelona, Spain

Expected start date: September 2021

 

About the role

Your mission as a DDE Intern is to help the Norway Sales Team to engage with customers at the right time, with the right key decision maker and the right personalized content. Your actions will enable the sales team to have an insightful engagement with their customers and you will contribute to SAP’s revenue growth in our MM business segment

 

In this role, you will impact this important part of SAP’s work by learning

  • How to engage with customer decision makers at C Level
  • Effective objection handling
  • Best practices in digital prospecting
  • SAP World Class Solutions

 

And you’ll do this by

  • Adopting and deploying the latest marketing and sales tools
  • Leveraging, nurturing, and accelerating Marketing digital signals to qualify accounts, identify prospects with the highest propensity to buy
  • Making sure decision makers, in targeted companies, have all relevant details and messages to drive decision process
  • Being at SAP’s cutting edge for driving digital transformation and innovation
  • Looking for additional opportunities to further enhance prospect contact such as digital activities and events
  • Planning digital engagement strategies and action plans in alignment with the DDE and Sales teams
  • Being proactively involved in your own succession planning by acting as a DDE Intern Program Advocate, such as promotion via social media, university, job boards, etc...

 

Who you are

  • Ideally in the last year of your masters (business, communication, marketing or other)
  • Looking to use this internship period to identify your 1st work opportunity
  • Passionate for sales, marketing and customer experience
  • Strongly driven, proactive, curious and you do these by taking the initiative and preserving with your own growth mindset
  • Keen to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning- eagerness to learn, adapt and grow is a prerequisite
  • A strong team worker as well as the ability to work independently
  • Knowledgeable about Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Native Norwegian along with fluency or high level of Business English (mandatory)
