Talent Acquisition Manager, Greater China

 

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES:

Responsible for implementing and driving the Talent Acquisition strategy across Greater China Region. Primarily acting as a trusted advisor to the business, you will be responsible for Coaching & mentoring a team of Talent Acquisition specialists towards hiring demand plans across multiple functions (Sales, Marketing, Consulting, Services). 

 

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:

 

  • Understand Talent Acquisition model; proven expereince designing & implementing TA Go-To-Market Strategies.
  • Engage with key Customers & Partners and build strong relationships through executional excellence.
  • Understand business strategy & customer expectations; develop the organisaton to accomplish these objectives
  • Manage Issues/Escalations in a constructive manner to get right solution for SAP and preseve relationships
  • Lead or contribute to Service Improvement Projects
  • Lead, Coach & develop a team of Recruiters, ensure that all processes, tools and methodologies are utilized to meet stated performance objectives
  • Ensure that all Recruiters are skilled and trained in all technologies, recruiting process, consulting skills, interview techniques & selection methods
  • Continuosly improve your skills and knowledge of  the market place, recruiting process, selection methods and consulting.
  • Lead and drive teams to meet quality hire & client demand plans through muliple channels.
  • Partner with crossfunctional teams to drive strategies within region: HR, Employer Branding, Programs, Marketing etc.

 

WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • 10+ years experience in Talent Acquisition preferably in a corporate environment
  • Knowledge of the technology sector, and core business functions.
  • Proven experience to lead, motivate, inspire teams to accomplish functional goals.
  • Ability to deliver high volume recruiting projects across diverse/complex regions & clients
  • Proven ability in client relationship management & problem solving
  • Strong Consulting and Advisory skills
  • Good knowledge of Corporate Recruiting Process, Candidate Assessment & Selection

     

    EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPENTENCIES:

    4-year Bachelor’s degree preferred or applicable certification or comparable experience
