As Lead NA A&C Partner for the Cloud CoE Field Operations team you will support the CE&X organization adopt SAPs strategic vision to pivot to the Cloud. Our mission is to support executive decision-making to maximize the Lifetime Value of a Customer through optimization of the customer journey and focusing the field on the activities which drive the highest value. Working with the NA regional team, your mission will be to maximize Adoption and Consumption activities.

Your challenge will be to discern the needs and challenges of your customer and address them in ways that help drive Adoption and Consumption for the customer. Deliverables include being a senior consultant to executive teams with strong understanding of the long-term goals and translating models/analytics/reports to influence leaders and help drive future growth in support of those goals. The goal is to get the right data to the right people at the right time, to make more informed business decisions.

Critical Thinking: Inquisitive and independent thinker skilled at asking the necessary follow up questions to improve existing reporting and identify additional information not otherwise requested



  • Assist in the development, implementation and production of Key Performance Indicators to support CE&X ongoing operational Adoption and Consumption strategy.
  • Build, Operationalize, and facilitate a new Customers at risk of Adoption and Consumption review process and cadence in partnership with the CE&X leader. 
  • Influence and improve the Sales to Services to CE&X hand-off process to support the customer seamlessly through the Cloud Journey
  • Services process improvements to support needs of the customer and ensuring their path to adoption
  • Drive towards increasing customer satisfaction by identifying and quantifying pain points and bringing transparency to them
  • Drive the Regional review, data governance and data hygiene for Deployed ACV. Follow up with project managers, field leaders and other stakeholders to resolve any issues in a timely way.  
  • Consolidate stakeholder requirements and feedback in order to define business requirements that would allow an adequate, predictable, system-based forecasting in the future.
  • Collaborate with the CE&X Controlling team on annual planning activities including budget development, and risk evaluation.
  • Assist CE&X leaders in preparation for scheduled business reviews. Examples include but are not limited to QBRs and annual budgeting activities. Participate actively in review sessions. 
  • Produce data-driven analyses and data presentation via business intelligence tools to optimize business outcomes, as well as high levels of flexibility, organization, and detail.
  • Support CE&X leadership is various in-depth ad-hoc analysis.



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 5+ years working experience in related operations field and/or customer service role
  • Previous customer success, post sales, or sales operations experience 
  • Trusted advisor and customer focus mindset
  • Experience analyzing post-sales related data in multiple dimensions (LOB, Geography, etc.). 
  • Excellent networking, interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability and willingness to manage deadlines
  • Fluent English language skills are mandatory
  • Demonstrated understanding of LACE, with emphasis on Adopt and Consume phases
