PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

 

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager you will be responsible for engaging low code and pro code business developers and professional developers. The role requires product marketing, cross-group collaboration, commercial mindset and a strong passion for developers. This is an exciting, challenging and highly visible role where your work will have a direct impact on SAP’s success with developers.

 

SUMMARY

 

  • Core Value Proposition and Campaigns:  Build a differentiated value proposition and create compelling messaging for the developer and data scientist audiences. Land the messaging consistently across all marketing channels & related execution. Define solution-specific campaigns and drive successful execution to support the customer journey and adoption of the platform.
  • Customer and Influencer Engagement: Engage with customers, customer councils, and leaders in the SAP ecosystem to ensure understanding of their current and future needs. Drive high quality dialogue with influencers such as industry experts, analysts and press to further market perception of the portfolio.
  • Presenting in partner and sales enablement activities to drive new product launches
  • Key stakeholder in the pricing and packaging 
  • Building engaging content/content creation 

 

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

 

• Technical product marketing experience

• University Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or Economics / Business Administration

• Experience in Enterprise/B2B marketing 

• Willingness to embrace new topics and technology

• Self-starter with passion to be a hands-on expert in the required filed

• Customer orientation with a strong focus on quality

• Ability to work with an international team

 

 

PREFERRED SKILLS:

 

•  Good understanding of platform and SaaS offerings

• Ability to understand and analyze customer needs, synthesize requirements and drive execution towards successful delivery

• Strong communication profile with the ability to engage with stakeholders

• Excellent presentation and networking skills

 • 3+ years of product marketing experience
