Role Description

  • Develop trusted advisor status and cultivate strong relationships with strategic Partners
  • Evangelize SAP Concur products and solutions. Support and manage partner’s proficiency on SAP Concur products and solutions to drive partner’s success in adopting SAP technologies
  • Develop and execute targeted engagement plan to support Partner’s key technology initiatives and strategies, e.g. product training & positioning, solution architecture & roadmap alignment, SAP Concur technology adoption
  • Advocate for Partner success across SAP Concur organization - develop and cultivate a network of key SAP Concur stakeholders, across multiple disciplines, to efficiently address Partners’ technology challenges
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to ISVs building enterprise-quality apps on the SAP Concur platform
  • Translate API and technology integration capabilities into user stories and client use cases
  • Respond to technical inquiries from partners, related to SAP Concur technology use cases, pilots, roadmaps, and assistance with ISV processes and tools.
  • Facilitate architectural and design discussions with ISV partners to ensure technical success with SAP Concur technologies
  • Manage and communicate technical risks
  • Coordinate and manage technical communications with partners including emails, technical meetings, and chat
  • Ability to understand and articulate architecture and functionality of Partner solutions broadly and integration to SAP Concur
  • Align internally with compliance, security, privacy teams to understand requirements and assist Partners with related due diligence activities

 

 

Requirements

  • BA/MS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent work experience
  • Experience building or implementing enterprise-scale software solutions that drive business and customer value
  • Experience with common enterprise software platforms
  • Ability to understand business & product requirements, translate those needs into a product solution vision
  • Ability to think strategically and advise ISV partners on architecture options and best practices
  • Experience explaining complex topics clearly and concisely, and effective at providing practical guidance

 

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Previous experience as a solution/sales engineer, technical business analyst, or product manager
  • Experienced speaker on public facing events
