Purpose and Objective: 

Concur Technologies Inc. seeks a Sales Support Senior Specialist at our Bellevue, WA location to build and design creative Salesforce and Tableau dashboards for sales teams and Senior Leaders, collaborating internally within Operations and externally with key stakeholders.

 

Expectations and Tasks:

Leverage existing data and reporting to analyze trends and provide input and recommendations that will help improve sales efficiency, forecasting and performance metrics. Define & develop standard reports, as well as ad-hoc requests leveraging efficient best practices. Perform analysis by understanding the business needs, requirements and trends. Assist with cloud revenue forecasting, budgeting, and analysis. Assist in creating territory/region assignments, structuring incentive plans, and setting quotas. Monitor sales processes and provide statistical analysis of performance metrics. Collaborate cross-functionally to develop new tools and/or processes to increase the field’s productivity, communication or reporting capabilities.

 

Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field of study and 5 years of experience required.  The company will also accept a Master's degree and 2 years of experience.

 

Work Experience:

Experience must involve 2 years with: data visualization tools such as Tableau, Excel, to analyze sales data and create dashboards and data stories while ensuring data integrity; analytical methods including data modeling and forecasting using tools such as SQL Server, Tableau and Excel; ability to communicate and enable KPIs and reports related to periodic forecasting, retention and pipeline  across all levels from analysts to sales leaders; understanding of subscription processes in SaaS companies with a knowledge of sales processes, initiatives and related industry KPIs. Experience must also include: SDFC; Salesforce; R; create scalable and repeatable analytical solutions to help track and report sales performance and metrics related to overall health of the business.
