The Senior Program Manager is responsible for driving programs that require complex and highly cross-functional coordination with Product Management, Product Marketing, Global Services, Cloud Services, Security and Technology organizations specifically to address organizational change and enablement of new processes to broad groups of teams. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate is an expert in influencing, driving alignment, and balancing consensus with action. Success is defined by achieving the organization goals of the projects and programs under management.

The Role:

  • As part of the Technology Business Operations PMO you will be part of a larger team with the mission to improve the way we do business.
  • Define and manage all program and project activities, including: scope and priority setting, help shape and/or drive technology and/or product requirements and scope from business requirements, project plans, identifying interdependencies, risk mitigation, issue tracking, quality management, resourcing, training and communication planning.
  • Communicate program status and priorities to executives and team members.
  • Focus on process and improvement opportunities in change management process
  • Design and lead training and adoption planning activities.
  • Build and lead change management and communication strategies. 

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of program management experience with increasing amount of responsibility.
  • 5+ years demonstrated experience in program and project management leadership and successful execution in one or more of the following areas: SaaS development and/or R&D, SaaS product delivery and/or management, process development, and/or organizational change management
  • Bachelor’s degree required. Graduate degree preferred.
  • Deep understanding and/or certification in project/program management, and agile methodologies.
  • Experience using standard PMO tools and processes.
  • Demonstrated experience mentoring team members.

Job Specific Specialized Knowledge & Skills:

  • Exhibit and lead with strong change management skills. Comfortable partnering with senior leaders to drive strategy, planning, and process improvements.
  • Proven success in building and driving projects within a large, complex program, including managing international, multi-cultural, and virtual cross-functional teams.
  • Critical thinking, ability to challenge others and drive productivity, while maintaining strong business relationships. Solid process and analytical skills tied with creative thinking and sharp decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent, accurate, and effective oral and written communication skills. 
  • Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines. 
  • Positive, customer-focused interpersonal skills and attitude.
  • Must be team oriented, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Significant personal initiative, high energy with a “can do” attitude and professional drive.
  • Experience with key tools: Microsoft Suite of applications (including Office, SharePoint and Project), Smartsheet, Atlassian products and Slack.

Location: This position will work primarily out of the Bellevue, WA office
