We are looking for a passionate Senior UX Researcher to support our User & Product Insights team establishing a department wide UX Research practice and running UX Research projects on different abstraction levels - from usability testing to high-level strategic design validations.
Be part of the backbone of our research efforts by actively building and maintaining processes, principles and guiding large scale research efforts across the organization.
What you’ll do
- Drive and conduct strategic UX research projects
- Share research findings and ensure UX Research exposure to stakeholders and delivery teams
- Partner with Product Managers and Product Owners to help clarify early pipeline proposals for product backlogs
- Mentor and inform designers, teams and stakeholders on methodologies that encourage use of research
- Adopt and add to research best practices and actively seek opportunities to improve processes and methods employed
- Establish, maintain and evangelize best practices for UX Research
- Establish an analytics practice and guide stakeholders on establishing user-relevant KPIs
- Actively participate with design reviews, offering a researchers' perspective on design decisions and advocating for users' POV in decision making.
What you bring
- 3+ years of experience as a User Experience Researcher
- Experience conducting user experience / design research for complex experiences
- Working with both quantitative and qualitative data in relation to design research with knowledge in knowing when to apply those methods
- Handling multiple concurrent studies while proactively seeking research opportunities and consulting with various stakeholders
- Great communication and storytelling skills
- You’ve worked with Enterprise / B2B users and customers or/and in data analysis/visualization projects (preferred but not mandatory)
- Graduate degree in Human Factors, HCI, Design, Cognitive Science, Psychology, Anthropology, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)

The User & Product Insights team is part of the Research and Innovation group positioned in the engineering department to run UX Research and Strategic Design initiatives across the SAP Signavio product portfolio. We are well connected with all teams in the LoB to work collaboratively and reduce silos.
