PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES 
With SAP Berlin our Mission is to position SAP as an innovation driver and thought leader in the highly strategic region of Berlin by fostering tighter collaboration with universities, public institutions, media, startups and other innovation centers. Developing and sourcing talent from the region is also part of the charter.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
You are a well-structured person who has a good understanding of business operations and interest in global companies. If the answer is yes, we have the right job for you. In our agile and growing team in Berlin you will have the opportunity to directly support the Strategy & Operations team of the Managing Director of SAP Berlin.
Your job would entail supporting in one or more of the following tasks:

  • Support in the preparation and documentation of follow-ups of customer meetings/ initiatives 
  • Event organization support and coordination (Conferences, hosted Events etc.)
  • Coordinating hosted Meetups at SAP by being point of contact
  • Support in the preparation of reports and general communication tasks using SAP`s collaboration tools
  • General office administration and organizational tasks 
  • Supporting with other ad hoc requests

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Student of a university or a university of applied sciences. Especially Master students with work experience from previous fellowships are welcome to apply.
  • Preferred field(s) of study: Business Administration or Business Informatics related fields
  • Computer skills: Advanced MS Office
  • Understanding of business operations and interest in global companies
  • Language skills: Fluent in English and advanced/ fluent in German
  • Team-oriented and hands-on working style
  • Reliable, pro-active, open-minded and diligent

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
