Purpose and Objectives

 

Building on SAP's intelligent enterprise strategy, it is the mission of SAP Signavio to assist our customers in navigating through their digital transformation and help them understand and improve their business processes in a data-driven way. Together, with the acquisition of Signavio, a recognized and strong market leader in the process excellence and intelligence area, we are creating a comprehensive, end-to-end SAP Signavio offerings for our customers! SAP Signavio is at the core of SAP’s Intelligent Enterprise strategy by assisting our customers to navigate through their digital transformation journey, helping them understand, improve their business processes and reshape how business leaders think about their processes. With the recent acquisition of Signavio, SAP now provides an end-to-end suite of process transformation solutions positioning as the most competitive player in the market.

 

As the business process intelligence market is still being defined, we need to identify business opportunities early, translate current customer challenges into product opportunities, and craft concepts and potential solutions that inspire and define the north star for SAP Signavio but also become the reference of excellence and innovation globally.

 

The SAP Signavio alliances team’s main objective is to help drive adoption and activation of our business transformation suite to generate demand, accelerate sales pipeline, and drive successful projects across the globe.

 

Expectations & Tasks

 

The role is part of the SAP Signavio alliance leadership team fully focused on driving activation and adoption with our partners, as our mission is that that only with our ecosystem, we can help customers innovate through business process excellence in an ever-changing world. Because of the recent acquisition and integration, this role will be high paced and strategic with the opportunity to help shape the future of SAP Signavio. Due to how impactful alliances are to SAP Signavio, you'll be interacting with cross functional teams inside and outside of SAP Signavio, which include: Partner Business Managers, Regional PBM Leaders, SAP Signavio GTM Field Teams, CoE, blackbelts, and many other colleagues.

 

Below are high level expectations on the opportunity: 

 

  • Define and execute the strategy for our most strategic partnerships.
  • Identify opportunities for expansion, and implement sales plays and initiatives in strategic partner accounts.
  • Collaborate with broader go-to-market teams to align partnerships with account planning activities.
  • Work with Centre of Excellence to establish best practices and scale for partnership engagement.
  • Become a strategic advisor to partners, identifying growth opportunities and building business initiatives that align with go-to-market vision and customer objectives. 
  • Design and optimise engagement models with partners, focused on providing exceptional customer outcomes whilst strengthening partnership dynamics, including establishing global governance models.

 

 

 

  • Keep strategic alignment with the Global SAP Partner organization in terms of commercialization, strategy, and transformation
  • Ensure an engagement model within Partners and SAP to strengthen business dynamic including establishing a global governance and cadence of data-driven business reviews
  • Work to position SAP Signavio Solutions as a critical part of large, complex S4/HANA and “Rise with SAP” initiatives. 
  • Evaluate effectiveness of partner programs and improve upon them
  • Take & develop some strategic projects when necessary

 
Profile

 

  • In-depth experience managing strategic partnerships and alliances initiatives.
  • In-depth experience in B2B SaaS GTM
  • Ability to negotiate, structure and maintain partnerships
  • Experience developing and expanding partnerships with consultants and resellers
  • Deep understanding of BPMN and process mining technologies and their role in large scale digital transformation projects
  • Experience in Leadership with a passion for mentoring and developing people.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience engaging at C-level
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive and effective work relationships with coworkers, clients, members, providers, and customers
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%
