PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
Ruum is a simple task management workspace for teams. We are the flagship product of the SAP.iO Venture Studio, an Incubation Unit within SAP, the world market leader in Enterprise Software and Germany’s most valuable company. We’re a 15 people team, lean and laser-focused, with a big vision: Building the home of all your work for Enterprises across the globe. We’ve released our product, closed our first deals, and now we’re ready to scale. We have high visibility and full commitment from SAP’s top management. EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

  • Build target lists of enterprise accounts and stakeholders using predefined criteria and prospect into target organizations
  • Identify and qualify opportunities, develop and execute programs to drive pipeline & close deals
  • Work closely with the SAP sales organization to educate target accounts on Ruum’s value proposition and conduct account planning for strategic deals
  • Guarantee customer success and manage multiple customers at different points in the sales lifecycle.
  • Develop a range of sales assets
  • Strategic development of the GTM plan based on customer feedback
  • Wear the hat of a UX researcher and product manager for internal product discussions, translating customer usage and feedback into actionable insights and feature ideas.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Required:

  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration or similar
  • 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing sales, GTM, customer success, account management or strategic consulting organization 
  • You are a generalist in Go-to-Market, Sales and Customer Success - ready to own the Enterprise customer lifecycle End-to-End
  • Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience building strong internal and external relationships
  • Consistent track record of highly-professional customer service in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues
  • Fluent in English and German, written and spoken
