PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The SAP Innovation Center Network is a strategic innovation entity within SAP. In nine locations around the globe, it combines the best of two worlds: the creativity and agility of startups with the backbone of a world market leader in business software. The Innovation Center Network is driven by the collaboration of more than 450 engineers, designers, product experts, and business developers. We are looking for a highly-motivated individual to support the team with a variety of administration tasks. To success in this role you will need to have good communication and organizational skills and a strong desire to dive into new areas and drive them to completion. We offer a young an international working environment with flat hierarchies in the heart of Berlin (Hackescher Markt).

 

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

As a working student (f/m) for Operations and HR in ICN Berlin, you will support the team with organizational and administrative tasks such as:

  • Organization of meetings and events
  • Supporting the recruiting, hiring and onboarding process
  • Helping in internal correspondence
  • Coordination of travel arrangements
  • Perform general administrative tasks and reporting

 

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Student (f/m) at a university or a university of applied sciences with preferred fields of study: Communications, International business, business administration, economics
  • Computer skills: Work experience with MS Office
  • Language skills: Confident communication in English is required - both written and spoken, German would be a plus
  • Soft skills: Outstanding organizational and time management skills to support the team keeping timelines and reaching milestones; ability to work independently; demonstrating commitment and a sense of responsibility; excellent team player and communicator

 

WORK EXPERIENCE

Ideally first work experience in an administrative and HR related field.
