Regional Campus Strategy Intern - Latin America

The Global Early Career Talent Attraction's mission is to identify, attract, select, hire, and onboard excellent talent in support of SAP's strategic goals. Our objective is to understand the talent landscape, promote SAP as a career destination, drive a world-class candidate and customer experience, and maximize acquired talent's value to the business. This is done via relationship with target universities, campus, online and on-site events.



The campus/strategy intern for LAC needs to be able to assist in the recruiting processes for students and early talents, as well help with the LAC university events strategy for Early Career Talent Attraction. The main tasks will be:

  • Participate in student and graduate events and engagement pipeline across LAC, making sure all the information is updated, and supporting local recruiters with different activities with ideas, budget approval, ET branding advice (career fairs, lectures, webinars, on-site events, etc), decision making.
  • Organize and participate in local events across LAC (career fairs, lectures, webinars, on-site and remote events, etc)
  • Understand and manage full life-cycle recruiting processes for local or remote positions as per team’s demand
  • Conduct intake sessions with Hiring Managers to align profile and recruiting process
  • Post positions in Recruiting Management (RCM) tool and other available tools (e.g. universities, job boards)
  • Administrate all the stages of the recruiting processes through RCM system
  • Help create and take care of candidate pipeline, pre-screen CVs, phone screen candidates, extend verbal job offers, and process formal offers
  • Support Hiring Managers and candidates with questions regarding recruiting process
  • Work aligned with LAC HRBPS; MU Heads; TA Branding; University Alliances; D&I; US Talent Acquisition
  • Intern and support University Ambassadors groups in LAC



  • Ongoing Graduate Student (able to work under 1 year internship contract)
  • High level of proficiency in English 
  • Very good communication skills in Portuguese (desirable) 
  • Project management skills
  • Creative mindset and ability to thrive under pressure
  • Hands-on mentality, customer-service orientation, and execution attitude
  • Negotiation skills


  • Strong understanding of the higher education space across LAC with deep competitive and market insights
  • Experience with full-life cycle recruiting processes
  • Experience in career fairs and university-related activities/events
  • Experience managing projects and organizing events
