About the team

 

The SAP SuccessFactors HXM pre-sales team is highly team oriented, helping each other every day, sharing knowledge and experiences, overcoming great challenges and enjoying the journey. We are a client-oriented working group that proposes solutions for the most incredible customers in the region.

 

What you’ll do:

Position Title: SAP iXp Intern - HXM Presales Support

Location: Bogota, Colombia - (Home office until the office is open again)

Duration: ASAP for 6 months or longer

 

In this role, you’ll:

  • Support to create various tools to engage prospects with our solutions (videos, presentations, brochures, tribookds, personalized demos).
  • Use tools to send and collect information from potential customers.
  • Be part of the “customer journey” and try to impact them every time we’re in touch with them.
  • We are always looking for new ways to impact our prospects and engage them in the new “remote” reality, maintaining the customer’s interest in Zoom/MS Teams meetings as we did in “person”
  • We create “experiences” for our customer to feel the future and understand the possibilities it has.

 

Essential obligations and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Direct interaction with global team members
  • Prepare and present status reports / presentations
  • Document business processes and procedures
  • Application development/customization assistance
  • Assist in system implementations and testing
  • Assignment/participation of Project tasks
  • Support the preparation and accompaniment of customer meetings.
  • Support preparation of demo environments for live presentations.
  • Support and execute live presentations
  • Analyze requirements and support product answers.
  • Research and enable knowledge to support internal projects for improvements in our customer interactions.
  • Be innovative, creative, and proactive in proposing and supporting internal and customer-facing initiatives.

 

Who you are:

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning. Also:

 

  • Must be a current university student
  • Study preferably graphic design, digital marketing, human resources advocate
  • Advanced communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) in English
  • Person eager to acquire knowledge, very dynamic and multitasking, not shy and positive
  • Ability to work independently (reliably, responsibly, and responsibly)
  • Flexible team player
  • Detail care
  • Monitor and execute tasks in parallel.
  • Learning flexibility to identify, understand, and propose HR-oriented business process solutions.
  • Ability to learn enterprise tools to perform configuration and process execution.

 

Desired skills/experiences to succeed in this role:

  • Video editing,
  • Presentation Skills,
  • PowerPoint, VideoScribe, etc.
