ROLE DESCRIPTION
SAP Learning Hub is SAP Education’s industry-leading and award winning learning platform for customers, partners and individuals and is one of the fastest growing SAP cloud offerings with triple digit growth rates year on year and currently more than 300,000 subscribers.

To help us nurture and grow particularly our smaller customer accounts and subscription base we are looking for a Young Professional for our Customer Engagement Associate role to support activities for driving our customer engagement, customer retention and renewal processes for these accounts through direct customer outreach and marketing campaigns.

If you are a recent University graduate and have experience in Project management, we’d like to meet you. We are looking for two Young Professionals:

  • Customer Engagement Associate - Spanish speaking support
  • Customer Engagement Associate - Portuguese speaking support (Brazil)

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

  • With oversight of manager or more senior CEE, develop and implement account strategies and implementation plans for emerging customer accounts that further existing account adoption and identify new business opportunities within assigned accounts. These plans should:
  • Ensure rapid adoption and enablement of solutions
  • Increase the customer’s usage of their contracted subscriptions to and beyond the entitlements that they have
  • Track SLA performance and overall customer satisfaction
  • Manage renewals execution processes

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • 0-2 years of experience in the following areas:
    • Project management and/or marketing expertise

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • University degree, preferably in business administration or marketing
  • Fluent in Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese and good capacity of English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
  • Basic knowledge of account management and sales processes
  • Basic understanding of online learning technologies and methodologies
