Principal User Experience Researcher

Summary & Role Information

As part of the SAP Design User Research team, you will be primarily collaborating with the Experience Design team's experience managers and be responsible for developing and implementing the principles and practices SAP Design will use to research and analyze the end-to-end customer experience. 

Your tasks may include:

- Working with experience managers to develop and implement a customer research strategy.

- Developing relationships with design and product leaders across the lines of business to gain an understanding of their research needs around the end-to-end experience. 

- Building and maintaining the programs and processes for continuously working with the business to research the end-to-end experience.  

- Performing qualitative and quantitative research to support experience improvement and experience innovation efforts.

- Working with experience managers to derive insights from customer research that provide guidance for experience innovations.  

 

Experince / Role Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 7 years working experience applying quantitative and qualitative customer research methods, market research  and competitive analysis
- Experience with customer research tools and techniques (e.g., customer journey mapping, service blueprints, persona development) 
-  Ability to work independently in a remote environment 
- Ability to creatively problem solve 
- Strong data storytelling skills 
- Ability to work through ambiguity  
- Experience using CX management software (e.g. Qualtrics) 
- Excellent communications skills; fluency in English is required
