PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES:

The Business Processes Senior Consultant will be responsible for:

  • Application specific solution consulting for SAPs solution for Public Finances. Mainly Collection and Disbursement (PSCD), Funds Management and Tax (TRM) related projects and transformation to SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Within the application area to create business blueprint and implement the solution according to the SAP specific methods (Activate) including creation of test cases, test scheduling and execution, key user training, go live support, and post go live support.
  • Update and maintain local template solution with local legal requirements and regulations for Hungary.
  • Performance of feasibility studies / solution reviews and execute update projects of the local template, general update projects as well as new implementation projects at customers locally as well as internationally.
  • Support of pre-sales activities by relevant customers.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:

  • Develop and Assure quality of process models within your area of expertise.
  • Detailed knowledge of local requirements for the local template in order to perform and manager the development, maintenance and documentation of the local template.
  • Create delta blueprints and define the planning of process implementation.
  • Create specifications for development requirements.
  • Industry process implementation across all related  applications (SAP/non-SAP)
  • Demonstrating profound knowledge of SAP’s applications.
  • Taking over responsibility from time to time as a sub project team leader
  • We work as efficient as possible to serve our customers. This can mean on-site at the customers or remote, which can be home office or SAP office. Consequently we need to be flexible to travel when needed and be comfortable to work in a mix of virtual teams and physical teams.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • Functional Experience in SAP Finance Applications, particularly PSCD, FM and TRM
  • Minimum 6 years consulting experience and minimum 10 years working experience.
  • Has experience with several full cycle implementations.
  • Good understanding of industry specific business processes, expert in public finance processes.
  • Understands the Business Process Library approach and the implementation method Activate.
  • Works independently, self-motivated and delivers according to plan. Takes responsibility from time to time as a sub-project leader and coach for colleagues.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

  • University degree or equivalent work experience within the financial/ business area.
  • English: Fluent
  • Hungarian: Fluent
  • Other languages like German would be a bonus.
