Role Description
People & Culture Local Services provides services where unique country support is required while we continue to deliver consistent and standardized services aligned with global initiatives. By combining local labour knowledge and deep process understanding, we are supporting an efficient and compliant HR service delivery.
P&C Local Services is responsible for resolving employee requests, consulting employees and carrying out operational HR administration across the whole employee life cycle (parts of onboarding, contractual changes and termination process). P&C Services Consultant cooperates closely with all other teams within HR. Services in scope are delivered onsite or remotely.
What you´ll do

Responsible for Operational side of HR activities

Support payroll activities - collection, collation and preparation of data files for payroll processing with external payroll provider

Administration of contractual changes

Time management and absences administration

Benefits administration
-
Onboarding of new hires and related administration

Involvement in exit procedures

Creation of HR statements, verification and employment letters

Second level support for all kind of HR inquiries coming from employees and managers in accordance with Service Level Agreements

HR Portal pages maintenance

Administration during restructurings
-
Participation in HR related local and global projects according to the business needs

Participation in annual audit for HR related topics
What you bring

Slovak & English language skills written and spoken fluently is essential

Knowledge of Slovak employment law/ legislation

Good knowledge of HR processes

Payroll processing experience

Customer oriented

Quality driven, analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines

Flexible / adaptable

Accuracy / high attention to detail

Ability to work in international teams where team members are in different locations and belong to different cultures

Work experience

3+ years of work experience in similar role in HR

Customer service experience

Experience working in multinational company

Early salary for this role is 21,100 EUR as a minimum
