IT Architecture Senior Specialist - Focusing on Citrix Landscape

What you`ll do:

The ECS Citrix Landscape is a shared multi-user environment for all our operation teams, internal users as well as external partners. The landscape is required to access our ECS customer systems and execute the required operations and services on the managed systems.

In your role, you have contact points with the various technical aspects that are necessary for operating such a landscape. You support the 3rd level Citrix team and the architects with complex problems in the network, with login or with the various applications. Other areas of responsibility concern capacity and performance management as well as security aspects of the landscape. In the event of problems, you organize incident meetings with the necessary teams and ensure transparent communication with the affected stakeholders.

• Incident and Escalation Management
• Capacity & Performance Management
• Knowledge Management
• Security Management
• License & Compliance Management
• Architecture & Project Management

In your day-to-day you will:

• Working closely together with SAP Citrix Team and Architects
• Establishing a  good collaboration with the users and a continues improvement process
• Creating regular reports for performance, capacity and security KPIs
• Taking ownership in case of issues and incidents

What you bring:

• You have strong problem analysis and resolution skills?

• Experience with Windows Operation System and Citrix Virtual Desktop?
• Knowledge with http based SAP applications?
• Well-founded infrastructure knowledge (firewall, proxy or load balancer)?
• Experience in User management (e.g. Active Directory)?

ECS Delivery is the operational organization and our XDU Delivery unit, of which you will be part, is responsible for many cross topics like Data Quality Mgmt, Process Mgmt, Security Mgmt, Application Monitoring and several other topics which are supporting the Operations.
