Digital Business Services support our customers in their digital transformation. We sustain the adoption of SAP software and ensure that our customers can successfully plan, implement, integrate and operate their software, including continuous improvement, quality management, problem solving and knowledge transfer. 


Your role involves delivery of technical and application services within customer engagements. You need very good SAP Integration skills and capabilities, and you are a decent problem solver with the ability to communicate effectively in an international environment. According to your experience, strengths and customer needs, you will conduct some of the following tasks:

  • Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization, and Go Live of customer implementation projects 
  • Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage blueprint workshops/meetings with internal and external clients 
  • Assisting in defining the scope of a project/opportunities, estimating efforts and project timelines 
  • Analyze business processes including root cause analysis and technical performance optimization 
  • Analyze interfaces between SAP and non SAP systems based on SAP Integration Technology incl. Cloud Solutions 
  • Design and Implement Integration Solutions based on SAP PI/PO and/or SCPI 
  • Moderation of Planning and Design Thinking Workshops for Integration based on State of the art Software and Technology 



Required skills

  • First Experience with SAP PI/PO , BPM, ALE/IDOC, RFC, WebServices and/or SAP Cloud Platform Integration and AIF Framework 
  • Programming skills in at least one language e.g. (ABAP, JAVA, C, C++, SQL or similar) 
  • Ability to design and implement integration scenarios involving OnPremise and Cloud components 
  • Ability to drill down into technical issues and solve complex and detailed problems 
  • Willingness and ability to travel to customers 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, German language would be a plus
  • University degree in computer science, business information technology, mathematics, physics, engineering or equivalent 

Preferred skills

  • First Experience with SAP PI/PO , BPM, ALE/IDOC, RFC, WebServices and/or SAP Cloud Platform Integration and AIF Framework 
  • Knowledge in SAP Performance/Workload analysis, memory configuration, operations system and DB/SQL performance 
  • Familiar with Java troubleshooting like thread and heap dump analysis. Preferably experience in the usage of Solution Manager Diagnostic and Wily Introscope. 
  • Experience in working with cross-cultural teams or individuals
