The Global Finance Shared Services (GFSS) belongs to one of the main pillars of the Global Finance & Administration board area of SAP, the Global Finance Infrastructure. The Global Finance Shared Services environment allows SAP to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness as well as quality of the finance processes while delivering global end-to-end process standards.
What is Centralized Deal Support department?
Within GFSS, Centralized Deal support department, is in close cooperation with Sales, Pricing and Revenue Recognition teams across the globe. We help Sales with Deal Approval & Shaping, Contract Creation as well as various other activities which are closely connected to services and software licensing.
What you will do
As a member of Business Enablement Support team supporting NA & LAC you will be a part of Global Finance Shared Services organization and will get the opportunity to contribute to company's success. Our team is closely collaborating with local Commercial colleagues, Sales, Pricing and Revenue Recognition teams across the region.
The key aspects and responsibilities of your role will be:
- Review and approval of deals, ensuring accuracy and completeness of cases
- Compliance verification based on internal policies and external regulations
- Guiding and advising our internal customers on approval and contracting requirements
- Addressing internal and external queries within an agreed Service Level Agreement
- Using SAP technology for reporting, monitoring, and managing deals and other transactions end to end
- Contributing ideas to drive automation, standardization, and process improvements
- Resolve issues with limited complexity withing general work direction and clearly defined guidelines and practices
What you bring
- Successfully completed University Degree in Finance/Economics area (preferred)
- Detail oriented and organized
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask,
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent written and spoken English is required. Italian language would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
