Key Responsibilities & Tasks
- Provides first level assessment of travel expense reports in compliance to client’s subscription, policies and
procedures.
- Utilizes tools and systems proficiently to process expense reports.
- Documents and recommends necessary corrections and additional requirements to complete process in a
timely manner.
- Be aware of, and comply with, all corporate policies.
- Reach a daily target in an efficient way maintaining high quality standards.

 

Skill set required
- Care for and have an accurate eye for detail
- Maintain confidentiality, including, but not limited to, end-user financial information and client policies and
procedures
- Strive to improve a standard of excellence
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy

 

Experience & Educational Requirements
- Experience in administrative positions is a plus 
- Language:
 - Fluent English. 
 - French is a plus.
