Finance Operations Associate - French and English Speaker

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS


The Digitalization Services team in the GFSS locations acts as a Support Center for the digitalization and innovation initiatives, based on relevant data objects associated to contracts. Account Executives, Legal and Commercial Advisors around the world rely on accurate contract data for future business, analytics, continuous improvements and automation. The Team particularly supports the digitalization of customer and partner contracts, data quality controls and initiatives, as well as the training of ML algorithms and enabling other parties on contractual information.

 

DAILY TASKS

 

  • Review and verify contract data
  • Quality controls of extracted contract data
  • Create training material for onboarding ML technologies and end users
  • Guidance and root cause analysis on erroneous data sets
  • End user support for updating/correcting contract data
  • Process improvement derived from our experiences dealing with contracts
  • Documentation of data rules, cleansing activities, end user manuals


WORK EXPERIENCE

 

  • Preferably at least 1-year experience with contracting
  • Working experience within a shared service center environment (preferred)
  • Experience with SAP systems is a plus


EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

 

  • Advanced written and spoken English
  • Advanced written and spoken French
  • Certificate of Secondary Education at the minimum
  • Bachelor´s degree or student in Law or Economics is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills would be a must
  • Team player
  • Extremely detail-oriented, organized and with strong follow-up skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and solve problems with little direct supervision
  • Good command of MS Office (especially Excel, Word and Outlook)
