What you’ll do: 

Position Title: SAP iXp Intern - Facility Coordinator Support
Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina (Remote)
Expected start date to end date: 6 Months
 

In this role, you’ll: 
•    Onboarding of new hires and guide on the office.
•    Assignment of working spaces
•    Coordination of maintenance service with the coordinator of the 3 offices,
•    Coordinate actions of sustainability 
•    Reporting of space utilization
•    Consolidation and reporting of information of electricity and water consumption of the Andean’s Offices
•    Cooperation on purchasing activities of GRF and contact with main suppliers
•    Cooperation with the brigade of evacuation and HSE
•    Implementation of Facility Direct, coordinating meeting and training/implementation process 
•    Audit with Natalia the PO on Ariba

 

Who you are: 

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful, innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning. 
•    Student of Architecture, Civil Engineering, Administration, in the middle of the course.  – NOT CRITICAL THAT ARCHITECTURE is REQUIRED
•    Attitude to learn new jobs
