About the team

 

The intern will support the leaders of the South Area of ​​Customer Success Office activities. Responsible for following action plans from Sales and Support Team. The intern will have direct communication with clients and will recommend basic steps to internal and external customers and SAP partners.

 

What you’ll do:

 

Position title: SAP iXp Intern - LAC South Customer Success Office

Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina (Hybrid: Remote & Onsite when required)  

 

In this role, as an intern you’ll:

 

  • Report generation of customer office activities
  • Meeting coordination with SAP user groups
  • Follow up the status of customer office procedures
  • Follow up customer satisfaction Survey
  • Support incidents and recommend basic steps

 

Who you are:

 

  • Must be a current University student of Systems Engineering, Engineering, Administration or related courses preferably
  • Intermediate / advanced English
  • Spanish intermediate / advanced
  • MS Office intermediate/Advanced
